Experience some of NZ’s pristine and unique outdoor environment on regular river trips, reveal your competitive streak in Canoe Polo, venture on the ocean and meet the Hector dolphins, or let loose at any of our crazy themed social events - UCCC is about you!

New Members BBQ/Party: An epic party to introduce the new members into the club and to get the year kicked off with a bang!
Zero 2 Hero: Our first official beginner’s trip, teaching beginners of all levels to kayak on the mighty Hurunui river over the course of a weekend, all topped off with camping and partying next to the majestic lake Taylor.
White Water Week: An entire week of kayaking, partying, rafting, kayaking, partying, kayaking and more partying in the stunning Murchison area. This trip is for kayakers who have completed a zero 2 hero beginner’s course or have some experience, so get out there and get into it, you don’t want to miss this one!
Brunner: An ancient tradition passed down over many years. Basically a ridiculously awesome bus trip to the mighty west coast. Staying in a lodge by lake Kaniere and partying it up all weekend!
Hollyford: This is one to write home about. An eight day kayaking road trip around the south island. Traveling through Queenstown and into the Milford Sounds. Getting to kayak some of the best rivers in New Zealand and see some of the best scenery in the world. Lock it in!!
Heli Trip: An epic last paddling trip for the year. A helicopter is used to fly boats up into a river where the next two days are spent kayaking out amongst some amazing scenery and challenging white water.
