We teach the ancient art and modern sport of fencing to beginners and experienced fencers. Anyone is welcome at any time of the year. Fencing can be as serious or as casual as you want it to be, with tournaments at the club, regional and national level.
We teach and provide equipment for epee. Our coach is Vik Manuge, one of New Zealand's most successful fencing coaches. We are New Zealand's oldest continuously running fencing club, turning out national and regional champions for over 80 years.
This year our master plan is as follows:
First hour: A lesson with our coach Vik.
Second hour: Fencing among ourselves.
After each session we usually migrate to a nearby cafe for a cup of coffee and a gossip.
So come on, take a stab at it!
