UC KOREA, University of Canterbury’s Korean Students’ Association, invites you to a fantastic opportunity to meet the Korean Ambassador in New Zealand on 1pm Tuesday 5th June, right here on UC campus!

To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Korea-New Zealand Diplomatic Relations, the Ambassador, Mr Yongkyu Park, will talk about Korea’s history/culture and explain the current bilateral relationship between Korea and New Zealand. Read the Ambassador’s greeting here

After the speech, there will be a chance for you to ask questions, followed by a mingling session with free delicious refreshments (Yay!).

This event is a great opportunity for you to:

- Gain knowledge about Korea’s rich history and culture

- Learn about Korean/New Zealand diplomatic relations
