Policies - Under Review

When a governance policy is under review, it will be listed here for 10 Working Days. During this time, any UCSA Member, Executive member, or Affiliated Club can request a review.

To do so, you need to email your written notice to the UCSA President via president@ucsa.org.nz before the review period ends. Your notice should include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The policy name or description
  • A clear statement that you are requesting a review
  • Why you believe the policy should be affirmed, amended, or repealed

If a review is requested, the policy will go to a General Meeting for Members to decide whether to affirm, amend, or repeal it.
