Shao Chi Chuan is a UNIQUE Kung Fu system that is based on effective self defence in stress free training. We are primarily a striking art. We want to use sequential action and total body balance for optimal efficiency. Later we focus on developing ‘soft’ internal energy, as opposed to the ‘hard’ internal energy of Shaolin. We then use it in all our moves including pressure point techniques. Sing Ong Tai Chi is traditional Yang Style. It is based around relaxation, Yin and Yang. We are UNIQUE because we have access to Tai Shi & Shi Ye who are able to explain and demonstrate the effectiveness of Tai Chi Chuan. We Train twice a week, MONDAYs and WEDNESDAYs. - Kung-Fu 6:00pm-7:15pm - Tai Chi 7:30pm-8:30pm
