The Education Society (Edsoc) is a social and academic club aimed at any and every student that studies some form of teaching or education, as well as the wider UC community. Social events we enjoy holding include BBQ’s, quiz/game nights, and the end of year ball. Academic events can include Q&A’s, pre-placement panels, mentoring and further professional development. Our aim is to make students feel prepared and supported in their degree, and this includes enjoying it!
