To encourage young persons from 18-140 years of age to improve themselves by providing avenues of participation so they can develop those skill snecessary for leadership and to encourage and provide practical opportunites for the advancement of the ideals of fellowship and tolerance on a local to international level whilse also fostering participation in civic affairs and charitable works.
