Karakia are prayers, chants or incantations and are often part of tikanga Māori. They can be said for a range of purposes and to different spiritual beings, although in modern times, they may have a Christian form. UC Karakaia is a club dedicated to spreading Maori culture through practicing and hosting Karakia events.
