UC Amateur Filmmakers Society

The Canterbury Amateur Filmmakers Society is a club for filmmakers, actors, and creatives. We are dedicated to promoting and supporting our members in their filmmaking endeavors through assistance, shared knowledge, and a strong community.

Our goal is to create an open and welcoming environment for anyone interested in filmmaking while fostering a networking space where amateur filmmakers can collaborate. We host fun social events, film screenings, showcases, and filmmaking challenges—and we're committed to helping filmmakers expand their portfolios!
