The Canterbury Amateur Musicians' Orchestra is a non-professional, casual and for-fun orchestra for anyone to join regardless of skill level! We cater towards our most novice players, looking to support them and give them an opportunity to play music with others. Are you learning a new instrument? Have you not played for a few years and want to get back into your instrument? This is the orchestra for you! All instruments are welcome, but we focus on the classical repertoire and as such we cannot always guarantee a part for unique instruments.

We are planning on meeting regularly once a week, with the possibility of hosting casual concerts as a goal for the orchestra to work towards. Come and join us and make some sound!
