UC Toastmasters

UC Toastmasters has been training students, lecturers and alumni to be better public speakers since 1995. Find us in Rehua building on most Mondays from 7 - 8:30 pm.

Learn to speak in front of an audience, handle nerves, answer questions, tell your story and inspire your fellow students.

Whether you're a first year, a final-year student or a post-grad, lecturer or alumni you can learn a lot from practicing presentations and speeches during club meetings and taking in your evaluators' observations and recommendations.

We also build leadership and teamwork skills, complete pathway projects as part of Toastmasters educational programme, speak competitvely, hold dinner nights, and more.
