We are stoked to welcome the self proclaimed ‘six-foot stallion’ @Wax Mustang.
Wax Mustang is a force to be reckoned with, either in your headphones, or on any stage you find him. Mustang’s music somehow finds a balance between throwback hip-hop and 80’s rock. We’re not sure how he does it, but I guess that adds to the enigma that is… Wax Mustang.
It’s business as usual this week. FREE TICKETS ARE NOT REQUIRED. Doors open at 9pm - just make sure you arrive at the venue with your both your R18 and UC Student ID before 11pm. You don’t want to miss Wax and be stuck in line.

WHAT IS MONO?
Mono Nights is the biggest club night in Christchurch! Featuring the best and brightest local and international artists at the Ngaio Marsh Theatre EVERY WEEK during term time. Better yet? Its FREE for UC Students with UC ID.

The MONO specific stuff:
- Mono is R18 - Bring your Passport, 18+ card or NZ Drivers licence.
- This Mono is UC STUDENT ONLY. Don't forget your UC Student ID!
- Not a UC student? Sorry team, this one’s not for you.
- Doors open at 9pm and close at 11pm.
- There are NO PASS OUTS. Once you are in you are in.
- No Birks, jandals, bare feet etc. Be sensible and wear closed toed shoes.
- Smoking / Vaping inside is banned. If caught you will be asked to leave.
- There is a Liquor Ban in place around the Riccarton / Ilam area. If you are caught with alcohol, you may be hit with a $250 fine.
