Keeping Match Fit

Wednesday 20 May 2026

6:30pm - 8pm

Burnside Cricket Club

Keeping Match Fit brings together top NZ athletes for an honest panel on physical and mental fitness, pressure, setbacks, performance, and expectations, with audience questions and open discussion in a relaxed environment.

What does it actually mean to stay fit, physically and mentally, both on and off the field?

Keeping Match Fit brings together some of New Zealand's top athletes to talk honestly about keeping it together under pressure. This panel-style conversation will cover the realities of performance, setbacks, and expectations, and how mental health plays a key role in staying "matchfit" beyond just training and game day. There'll be space for audience questions, open discussion, and a relaxed environment to listen and learn.

We'll have GUSSY'S PIZZA from 6:30pm and the panel discussion will start at 7.

Tickets are free but spaces are limited! Please RSVP to secure your spot, the link for this can be found on our socials.

Please ensure that you are following public health guidelines at all times when attending events.
