UCSA office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday.
Wheelchair access
Haere-roa and the Ngaio Marsh Theatre are fully wheelchair accessible, with a number of accessible toilets, and rest areas available.
Hearing loops
The Ngaio Marsh Theatre has a hearing loop in place for any event in that space - both passive (not using the speakers) or active (using the speakers).
There is no hearing loop available outside.
Arriving by car
Onsite car parking is available in the UCSA carpark outside of Haere-roa. Overflow car parking is available along Ilam Road.
There is a drop-off zone directly outside the venue
Arriving by bus
The closest bus stop is University – Ilam Road, which is opposite the venue for routes P, and 100. Bus timetables can be viewed on the Metro website.
Arriving by taxi or ride share
Taxis and ride share vehicles are able to use the drop off zone in front of the main doors. Taxis are not available from the end of the night.
Food and beverage
Water is freely available at Haere-roa. There will be some food outlets open during ticketed events Mardi Gras, Comedy Club, First Froth, Toga and Summerstein.
The Foundry is also located inside Haere-roa. Inquire with The Foundry Team for open hours.
