You should receive a confirmation of your purchase via an email from Eventbrite. Please note that you will receive an individual ticket for EACH event and these will be sent at least 48 hours before the event.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct email address when completing your order or you will not receive your tickets.
Combo tickets to Electric Ave are valid for entry at Haere-roa only - you will then be taken via bus to Hagley Park in the early afternoon. Bus times will differ from when Electric Ave gates open and will be confirmed closer to the event.
So you don’t go to UC, but your best mate does? Then buy a “Friends with benefits" ticket. Both you, and your friend must have your own ticket (They buy the “UC Student” one, you buy the “Friends with Benefits” one). You must arrive at the venue with your UC student friend – if you don’t, you won’t get in. Each UC student can bring 1 x "Friend with Benefits" with them to the venue ... not 6! The name on your ticket must match the name on your Age ID.
Sucks to be you. Head to tixel.co.nz to sell your ticket. You MUST sell your ticket this way. No gifting it to a mate, no dodgy Facebook trades. You must use Tixel because your ticket / student / official id names must all match.
The UCSA does not support the purchase of tickets from Viagogo, Trademe, individuals on Facebook or Facebook Marketplace. These platforms are known places for fraudulent tickets and we cannot guarantee whether tickets purchased from these platforms are genuine. Fraudulent tickets will not be accepted and ticket holders will be required to purchase new tickets
If you did not purchase a ticket from Eventbrite, we cannot guarantee that your ticket is genuine.
In order to take the risk out of the equation you must buy and sell all third party tickets through Tixel.co.nz
Head to UC Security and get another Canterbury Card. (It will cost you $35 if you lost one, but you’re going to have to do it anyway.) UC Security are open 24/7, so no excuses for not getting a new one! If you turn up to the gate without one, we'll just send you over there ...
