This document contains the guidelines that surround the use of Haere-roa by UCSA affiliated clubs. Haere-roa is the UCSA majority owned facility cited at 90 Ilam Road and includes control over the carparks surrounding it, the lawn, amphitheatre, outdoor kitchen, and all spaces within the building as provided for in the lease with the University of Canterbury. Nothing in this policy overrules the resource consent for the building which includes stipulations around how the facility can be used.
