What are the Supreme Club Awards?
The Supreme Clubs Awards are a celebration of all the amazing things clubs do at the University of Canterbury.
Each year, the UCSA has been recognising and awarding students, clubs, initiatives, and events that have excelled and created a true impact in their respective areas. The Supreme Club Awards are an opportunity to bring nominated clubs together with a special awards night, full of fun and celebrations.
The categories and awards aim to represent the wide variety of clubs who host events, event programmes or initiatives during their time at UC. This year, there are 25 awards to be nominated for - from Best Photo of 2023 to Best New Club of 2023 - all the way through to our prestigious UC Supreme Event Award, as voted by the Student Body! We also have a few new awards – can you spot them in our 2023 criteria?!
The Supreme Club Awards evening will take place on Friday 6th October 2023 so save the date if you’re hoping to attend one of the biggest club nights of the year!
Nominations for 2023 are closed, and all finalists have been emailed. We had a record number of 323 nominations submitted this year -a massive thank you and well done to all those who submitted a nomination.
Voting for UC's Supreme Event 2023 is open until 10am Friday 29 September.
