    More Street Lights on Campus

The commute from campus buildings to carparks / offsite often feels more unsafe to students leaving after the sun sets. Specifically the pathways surrounding Meremere are poorly lit and provide multiple gaps where visibility is limited. This is a campus wide issue, and students shouldn't have to request security escorts every evening to commute to their homes / vehicles. Many students have to leave after sunsets as part of the courses for examinations, or late night workshops (200 lvl eng has one that ends at 9), and deserve to feel safe.
